- Lập kế hoạch đào tạo và theo dõi việc áp dụng Lean vào công tác cải tiến liên tục của các Phòng ban
Maintain continuous improvement plan by preparing, training and applying Lean system to all Departments.
- Duy trì và phát triển các hệ thống Lean, TPM, 5S,...
Develop, maintain and improve Lean systems, Total Prevention Methods, 5S… to achieve organizational goals…
- Thúc đẩy và hỗ trợ các hoạt động về Lean trong Nhà máy
Push up and support continuous lean activities of the company.
- Hướng dẫn và hỗ trợ các phòng ban về các cách tiếp cận Lean (VSM, A3,..) và tổ chức các sự kiện Kaizen.
Provide all departments with guidelines and supports to approach improvement opportunities by identifying Value Stream Mapping, Strategy Deployment & A3 Thinking) and organizing Kaizen events.
- Liên tục cập nhật các dự án về Kaizen nhằm loại bỏ những hoạt động không hiệu quả và không tạo ra giá trị
Maintain and update established Kaizen programs (events, projects…) in order to reduce or remove ineffective activities. This includes:
- Ứng dụng các công cụ của Lean để cải tiến các Dự án nhằm đạt được các mục tiêu đã đặt ra.
Apply Lean tools to improvement projects from the beginning and during the whole process in order to achieve organizational goals.
- Thu thập các dữ liệu về sáng kiến cải tiến từ các phòng ban và lập báo cáo hàng tháng, hàng quý, đề xuất các cải tiến xuất sắc để trao giải.
Collect all Kaizen and initiatives from all departments and produce monthly and quarterly reports… Propose good Kaizen to Board of Management for monthly and half-year awards…
- Tổ chức các sự kiện đào tạo và tuyên truyền nhằm nâng cao nhận thức của nhân viên về Lean, TPM, Kaizen, 5S,...
Organize promotional activities to raise the awareness of all employees about Lean, TPM, Kaizen, 5S…
- Báo cáo kết quả cải tiến
Save the improvement results in cost saving report.
- Đảm bảo duy trì hoạt động tuần tra 5S giữa các phòng ban
Make sure that 5S cross check among departments is conducted timely, conduct monthly 5S assessment in all departments…
- Hỗ trợ các Phòng ban về nguyên lý Lean và các công cụ đào tạo về Lean
Provide all departments with Lean concepts and tools training.
- Xây dựng văn hóa Lean trong toàn bộ Nhà máy
Build up Lean culture in the company.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của quản lý trực tiếp
Other tasks as assigned by Manager.

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật/ Sản xuất
Bachelor degree, major of Industrial Engineer or industrial production is preferred.
- Hiểu biết về nguyên lý , cách tiếp cận và công cụ Lean
Have basic knowledge about Lean system.
- Kiến thức về áp dụng Lean vào hoạt động sản xuất
Have mindset about Lean and Value Stream Mapping.
- Khả năng lập kế hoạch, theo dõi các dự án về cải tiến bằng A3
Have ability to make plans, prepare documents, develop and supervise projects by A3 tool.
- Khả năng phân tích và áp dụng Lean để đạt được các mục tiêu Sản xuất
Research: mindset and knowledge about Lean, analyzing and defining goals
- Khả năng xây dựng, duy trì và phát triển các dự án Kaizen
Build up and continuously maintain Kaizen projects
