Nhân Viên Kinh Doanh (Sales Executive)

• Contact to Customer for receiving the teach packages and double check with them to ensure that all of information must clarify and then pass to Sample Room for making the samples.
• Combining with Purchasing Department for sourcing materials.
• Meeting with supplier for finding the way to improve materials or finding out the suitable material for samples stage with both good quality and price.
• Checking and pushing suppliers to deliver materials on time.
• Identify the defects, potential quality issues and make the constructive recommendation to solve the problem.
• Checking the sample during every stage of sampling to ensure all of the samples are correct and report to Customer if any issues.
• Supervising all members in team to support them.
Order:
• Receiving order from Customer and then check, preview and clarify queries before passing to Production base on the Confirm sample.
• Negotiate delivery dates with Customer.
• Update the production schedule and report to Customer every week.
• Receiving complaints about damage products from customers and solving problems related to customer service.
• Support Accounting department to solve payment issue with customers.

• Fresh graduate, Bachelor’s Degree in English, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Footwear Industry.
• Language: English (required) and Chinese (prefer)
• Good skills in MS office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Be able to work under pressure, hardworking, high responsibility, willing to learn, careful.
• CV and resume: both English and Vietnamese.
