***RESPONSIBILITIES
•In charge of Corporate/ Travel Agents Accounts
•Assist in drawing up the marketing plan annually with the Director of Sales
•Pays visits to former, existing and potential clients in view of entering contracts with them, especially commercial accounts.
•Provides after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the respective departments if necessary.
•Negotiates prices with the clients.
•Ensures that all complaints are reviewed, investigated and follow-up action is initiated.
•Solicits group, individual, banquet and other function business directly and jointly with others through the

***REQUIREMENTS:
- University Degree
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Strong computer skills
- Initiative, courteous, hard working and attentive to details.
- Experience in same position is an advantage. If non- Sales experience, it should be Supervisor level upward in Front office of 5 star hotel with minimum 3 years
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and external contacts of the organization.
