Mô tả công việc
1. Business Management:
- Responsibilities for Goods receipt.
- Responsibilities for Goods issue.
- Responsibilities for Deliver / sale out activity.
- Responsibilities internal movement of Wrapping Materials (WMs) & Finished Goods (FGs) in warehouse
- Supervise scrap selling processing.
- Daily control inventory of WMs & FGs by bin.
- Monthly stock count: Physical count at floor & use RF scanner.
- Strictly follow up FIFO, FEFO process.
- Strictly follow up PI&T process.
- Responsibilities for T&H control and infestation control.
- Optimize warehouse utilization & innovatively deploy stock.
- Drive for result: Zero Loss & Zero Accident.
- Check WMs & FGs stock and report to warehouse manager.
2. System Management:
- Complete Inbound Delivery on SAP system for stock receipt.
- Complete Outbound Delivery on SAP system for stock deliver.
- Daily Checking WMs & FGs stock on SAP to ensure that no stock variance on SAP system versus actual stock at warehouse floor.
3. People Management:
- Create daily working schedule of warehouse activities.
- Delegate warehouse activities for third party staffs (05 forklift driver and 05 workers):
+ Loading and Unloading stock.
+ Supply material for production activity.
+ Receipt FGs from production floor.
- Follow & review working performance of staffs & report to warehouse manager.
- Have good communication with another function to support warehouse task.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• An associate's degree in Business Administration or Economics, Logistics or Supply Chain Management
• Experiences in an FMCG multi-national company, working in similar capacity
• Possess a degree or professional qualification in Business Administration or Economics, Logistics or Supply Chain Management
Skills & Specialization required:
• Sound computer literacy (SAP, Excel)
• Familiar with FIFO, cycle counting concepts
• Detailed knowledge and understanding of domestic cigarette market, factory, capabilities and constraints
• Sound understanding of Logistics or supply chain processes, interactions and constraints
• Sound computer literacy (SAP system and Microsoft office)
• Able to work with people at all level, a team player and yet can work independently
• Meticulous, and has driven.
• Capability to perform under intense pressure.
• Decisive and assertive
• Fluent English
• Leadership capabilities – both strategic and people leadership
