Nhân Viên Kho

a. Quản lý kho/ Management the store
- Sắp xếp hàng lên kệ gọn gàng, ngăn nắp.
- Giữ cho kho luôn sạch sẽ, lối đi giữa các kệ thông thoáng.
- Kiểm tra hàng về kho: kiểm tra tên hàng, số lượng hàng về so với chứng từ: invoice, tờ khai nhập hàng
- Nhập thông tin hàng vào hệ thống NAV
- Kiểm tra hàng tồn kho để có kế hoạch đặt hàng
- Tổng hợp hàng khách cần đặt, hàng kho cần đặt => đặt hàng
- Theo dõi đơn hàng để trả lời cho khách hàng.
- Thông báo cho khách, bộ phận Service khi hàng về
- Kiểm tra, theo dõi hàng xuất ra, công nợ của khách.
- Chuyển hàng qua bộ phận Service.
- Ensuring the goods were arranged to shelve by orderly.
- Keeping the store always clean, neat, ensure the way between the shelf ventilation
- Check in the goods input to the store: compare the name, quantity of the goods with invoice, the customs declared
- Inputting information of goods in to NAV system
- Usually check inventory to plan for order parts if any.
- Statistical the goods of the customer/the store need, process procedure order's goods to supplier
- Follow up order ID, notify to customer.
- Notify to customer when the goods come (the goods available for customer)
- Follow up debit note of customer, export goods
- Transfer the goods to Service department.

b. Kiểm tra chất lượng sản phẩm hàng/ Check the quality of the goods
- Khi nhận hàng nếu hàng dư hay thiếu thì phản hồi với Bộ phận Logistics/ Nhà cung cấp để tiến hành xử lý.
- Nếu hàng kém chất lượng hay không đúng với sản phẩm mô tả khi đặt hàng thì yêu cầu Nhà cung cấp đổi hàng.
- Nếu sản phẩm giao hàng không đúng với số lượng đặt hàng thì liên hệ bộ phận Logistics/ Nhà cung cấp yêu cầu bổ sung số lượng hàng.
- When you received the goods, if they are residual or lack, you confirm to Logistics department/ the supplier to process.
- If the quality of the goods low or the quantity not match compare the order sheet, you will contact to supplier, request they change the goods.

c. Hỗ trợ bộ phận Service/ Support service department
- Kết hợp với Kỹ thuật viên xác định xe khách cần các loại phụ tùng, phụ kiện nào.
- Báo giá cho khách hàng các sản phẩm khách cần.
- Khi khách hàng đồng ý giá, kiểm tra hàng tồn kho, nếu hàng không có sẵn trong kho thì tiến hành đặt hàng, sau khi đặt hàng thì báo cho khách hàng/Service thời gian hàng sẽ về.
- Khi hàng về thì báo cho khách/ Nhân viên tư vấn dịch vụ. Làm phiếu xuất kho, làm phiếu thanh toán chuyển qua Cashier thu tiền, sau khi thu tiền thì chuyển hàng qua cho Service để lắp đặt lên xe.
- Theo dõi đăng ký hàng bảo hành 01 năm cho khách
- Theo dõi hàng bảo hành 03 tháng của Service
- Combined to Technician to confirm which parts/ accessory bike’s customer needed
- Notify the price to customer (which parts/ accessory customer needed)
- When the customer agrees the price of the parts/ accessory, check in inventory, if the parts/ accessory out of stock, you will send order sheet parts/ accessory to supplier. Follow up order ID, estimate time parts/ accessory will come to notify if any.
- When the parts/ accessory came, notify to customer/ Service consultant. Create assurance note, payment request and transfer to Cashier. After customer paid money, you will transfer the parts/ accessory to Technician.
- Follow up registration warranty 01 year for customer’s parts/ accessory
- Follow up registration warranty 03 month for service department

• Knowledge and experience with servicing of products sold by the dealership, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them.
• Experience with Point-of-Sale & computerized inventory systems or the ability to quickly learn.
• Ability to look up parts and quote prices for parts using proper catalogue for particular motorcycle.
