Due to the business demand, we are seeking for Charterer Inland – Customs Broker vacancy who will work in HCM Office to be responsible for the following tasks:
- In compliance with the regulations, accept and check the instructions, information, and documents that are required for performing the customs declaration
- Determine and assign a tariff classification, where permitted, based on regulations and customs procedures, to enable duties and taxes (the customs payment) to be calculated
- Confirm documentation required for the appropriate customs procedure
- Enter and submit the declaration in the internal and/or external system
- Provide all the information required by the customs authorities: act as an intermediary between the company and the customs authorities
- In the event of an inspection or a physical check of goods, provide the necessary documents and the declaration to the customs clerk
- If required, attend physical inspection carried out by the Customs Authority
- Advise on the implementation of customs compliance rules, particularly FTA’s
- Provide recommendation and advice regarding our positions and/or decisions on customs and formalities for the international movement of goods with customers or internal members of staff
- In the event that a customer rejects our proposed standpoint relating to the customs tariffs, record the rejection, and the final decision of the customer
- Act as a support role for the implementation of new regulations
- Provide support to the front office for customs matters when they qualify prospect and visit customers
- Keep up to date on changes to customs regulations
- Keep up to update on new trade compliance rules (FTA’s, bilateral agreements…)
- Organize land haulage services with the approved service providers at the best possible rate
- Record orders
- Send transportation orders to carriers
- Keep informed about the proper execution of the contract
- Inform clients in the event of errors
- Draw up the service providers' reference sheets in accordance with Bolloré Logistics procedures
- Keep the charter register up-to-date
- Draw up the drivers’ assignment orders
- Plan the activities of the in-house drivers, and contact sub-contractors
- Monitor and check the drivers’ working hours and travel expenses
- Remain in permanent contact with the drivers
- Check the application of and compliance with the internal regulations, the protocol, and more specifically the health and safety rules according to QHSE rules
- Control the security and protection of staff and goods
- Organize and manage the drivers’ schedule: monitoring and checking the drivers’ working hours and travel expenses
- Check and provide the related information required for invoicing
- Feed the information required back to their line management
- Report on the activities
- Handle all activites of packing, storage, bonded storage, special inspection, licence export/import of customers
- Other tasks as required of Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduation
- Good at English, proficient in MS office applications, mail exchange
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in Customs Clearance
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills
- An independent, analytical, creative and organised person
- Ability to multitask and workflow to meet the requirements
