Mô tả công việc
1, Work for customs declaration:
- Make the customs declaration on ECUS-VNACCS customs software.
- Prepare documents for import/export goods as customer's requirement.
- Classify goods, applying HS codes and tax rates.
- Prepare documents regarding to applying C/O, specialized test, Import/export licenses as customers' requirement.
- Handle problems arising in customs procedures, such as: revising or canceling customs declarations sheet, etc.
2, Work for customs consulting:
- Deal with customs consulting work including the project work such as: liquidation report, tax policy consulting, customs procedure consulting, etc.
- Update the regulations related to import and export activities and consulting for customers (if necessary).
- Have meetings with clients for Customs issues.
- Perform other jobs as assigned by the leader if required.
*** Work conditions:
- Working day: Mon. to Sat.
- Working hours: 9 a.m – 6 p.m (can be adjusted depending on working schedule)
- Gross salary: 12tr – 20tr VND (can be adjusted depending on working experience).

* Requirement:
- Graduated from universities with major in economic, trade and law.
- Proficient in using ECUS customs declaration.
- Knowledge of Incoterms, preferential tax policies, commodity management policies.
- Understanding of customs procedures, tax procedures in customs field, certificate of origin, etc.
- Work arrangement and control skills, flexible, logical thinking.
- Accurate, careful, honest and responsible, enthusiastic, hard-working.
- Having a Customs clearance Certificate is preferable.
- At least 5 years of experience in customs declaration or customs consulting
- Priority to candidates who have worked for forwarding companies or candidates who have experience working as a lawyer.
- Fluent English/ Korean communication.
- Computer skills: Word, Excel, Power point...
