Mô tả công việc
1. Making VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT monthly, quarterly and yearly reports.
2. Prepare document to refund VAT, tax inspection, tax finalization, Bank slip and work with bank, control expenses, cash book, bank book and prepare weekly, monthly
3. Deal with tax authorities, government authorities.
4. Issue red invoice (output), checking price of processing contract and compare receivable account to OGTH.
5. Checking input raw material, output Finish good between Tega and red invoice, after that import to Fast Accounting software.
6. Making order request, receive for tools, stationery in Tega
7. Buying stationery, tools for factory.
8. Input red invoice to Fast Accounting software.
9. Tax inspection, Tax finalization when Tax Dept request
10. Checking input raw material between Tega and red invoice, after that import to Fast Accounting software within 15 days of the next month.
11. Make payment to pay salary, insurance by cash to worker
12. Manage cashbook, cash withdraw
13. Manage MMM stock
14. Prepare monthly summary report for submission ledger
15. Prepare a report summarizing the balance payable monthly
16. Submit document to tax, statistic, state bank Dept.
17. Support to sell waste with Chief Accountant .
18. Input red invoice, document to Fast ACC.
19. Preparation of monthly accounts receivable balances the report concluded .
20. Get the document of Sea Bank , VCB An giang at the end of month .
21. Other work assigned .
