• Understanding company and section Objective
• Receive production plan from PP/Sales section and maintenance plan form EE section to set up daily production plan for AI/SMT section.
• Follow machine status base on supervising line and receive report from line leader and receive information from EE section in order to revise daily production plan SMT.
• Exchange information with related section as PP/Sales, MC, EE, Part preparation, Purchasing to coach plan.
• Check daily productivity base on productivity of the day before to revise plan for the day after.
• Report to superior production result of the day before.
• Update production out put for related section
• Encode W/O and Work Results to K-pics system
• Checking W.I.P and ensure for production plan in next process
• Based on PSI to making line arrangement for next months to consider for manpower
• Prepared and follow ECN
• Follow Superior’s instruction
• Other jobs assigned by Superior

• Set up daily plan to make sure production plan from PP section
• Follow production situation to revise line plan in order to not down time
• Exchange information with related section in order to provide information to other section for them to know production status and revise their plan if needed.
• Check daily productivity to revise plan in order to be not stop.
• Report production result to superior for them to catch production situation and bring out sensible method
