- Sample Flow Development – Phát triển dòng mẫu sản phẩm
- Factory Management – Quản lý nhà máy
- New factory sourcing – Tìm kiếm nhà máy mới
- Sample Completion – Hoàn thành mẫu
- Upon receiving instructions or job assignments and tasks allocation from the superior, all works shall be executed based on Company’s standards and protocols - Nhận hướng dẫn hoặc phân công công việc và nhiệm vụ từ Cấp trên, tất cả các công việc phải được thực hiện theo các tiêu chuẩn và quy trình của Công ty
- Tracking schedule for the sample development - Theo dõi tiến độ phát triển mẫu sản phẩm
- Collaborates with Superior, Quality Engineer team and peers to ensure schedule - Phối hợp với Cấp trên, đội Kỹ thuật Chất lượng và đồng đội để đảm bảo tiến độ
- The channels of communication between factory and customer are effective and harmonious - Là các kênh giao tiếp giữa nhà máy và khách hàng đảm bảo tính hiệu quả và hài hòa
- Coordinates efficiently with other departments and factories for all related jobs - Phối hợp hiệu quả với các phòng ban khác và nhà máy cho những các công việc liên quan

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Basic English ability – Khả năng Tiếng Anh cơ bản
- Speak Chinese is an advantage – Nói được Tiếng Trung là lợi thế
- Computer skills: proficient use of MS office, Autocad tools – Sử dụng thành thạo MS office, công cụ Autocad
- Skill to work independently as well as in groups – Kỹ năng làm việc độc lập cũng như làm việc nhóm
- Speak Chinese is an advantage – Nói được Tiếng Trung là lợi thế
