Mô tả công việc
Material Requirement Planning (MRP):
• Foresighted calculation of production components (bill of material components) according forecasts and afterwards coordination with Materials Management to initiate purchasing process
• To identify shortage and surplus of production components (bill of material components) and initiate necessary steps with Materials Management
• To ensure materials are enough for production running
• Control shortage materials then coordination with purchasing team for getting materials on time.
• Continuous improvement of planning methods according requirements and trends
Order control:
• Receiving orders from customer and work closely with customer for their requirements.
• Working with production planning to update CETD to Customer’s system.
• Continuous improvement of controlling methods according requirements and trends
• Proactive communication of analysis to production management with active consulting of problem solving (for example improving delayed production to achieve requested delivery date)
Reporting:
• Establish and enhance continuously significant MRP/Order KPIs
• Manage transparent MRP/Order reporting
Coordination:
• Communicate and co-ordinate Production Planning issues with internal and external contact persons
• Co-ordinate shortage and surplus production components (bill of material components) with Materials Management.
Other:
• Other tasks relations to SCM will be assigned by SCM Manager

Education requirement: Bachelor’s degree
Years of Experience: 1~3 years professional level
Language Skills: Local Language + English (if English not local)
Other:
• Leading and social competence
• Open minded communicator with awareness of cultural differences
• Good team player because of cross-functional working
• Good advanced know how of Microsoft Excel
• Strength in thinking in complex context
* Note: Shuttle buses provided for employees from HCM & Bien Hoa to the Plant
Years of Experience: 1~3 years professional level
