Nhân Viên IT / IT Engineer

- Install/reinstall laptop or desktop for users
- Prepare IT facilities is ready before new staffs join to company
- Fix any problems on laptop / desktop as required by users
- Relocate desktop / laptop / phone based on required divisions
- Prepare spare laptop for all training / meeting required by divisions / users
- Support creating phone conference meeting as required by divisions / users
- Check email quota, mailbox size for end user, repair outlook file if needed
- Install all printer for users.

* Manage server.
- Check printers status everyday and replace/ top up ink card tridge if needed
- Monitor the camera system and generate the records if required
- Cleanup/ maintain IT Equipment/ rack (PC/Laptop/Printer/PABX/CCTV) by monthly
- Follow up IT Global project to update Windows template for all laptop, desktop…
- Ability making IT induction to new staffs
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Report to HR – AD Manager

- Male : 25-35
- At least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), IT field or equivalent;
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;

*Key Competencies:
- Required language(s): English;
- Good knowledge of IT field;
- Problem diagnosis and troubleshooting techniques;
- Relational database theory and design;
- Active, fluent in communication, quick thinking, well-organized, responsible, friendly.
