- Cooperating with Technician team to solve technical problems;
- Maintain the smooth operation of the system, computers, laptops, and other office equipment;
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Another task assigned by Director.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least a bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT, able to use English as a working language;
- Around 2 years of experience in the IT field;
- Basic knowing about PC and other IT devices’ hardware/ software/ connectivity; including Windows and Linux operating systems, good skills in analyzing, diagnosing and trouble-shooting issues
- Familiar with network system configuration, have experience in configuration and maintenance of windows system;
- Sharp, careful, keep confidential company information
- Ability to prepare reports and statistics.

- Age: 22 - 30

- Job type : Permanent
- Probationary period: 2 months
- Working time: 8h – 17h From Monday to Friday (Saturday twice a month)
- Around 2 years of experience in the IT field;
- Basic knowing about PC and other IT devices’ hardware/ software/ connectivity; including Windows and Linux operating systems, good skills in analyzing, diagnosing and trouble-shooting issues
- Familiar with network system configuration, have experience in configuration and maintenance of windows system;
- Sharp, careful, keep confidential company information
- Ability to prepare reports and statistics.
