Mô tả công việc
Distribution Team
- Matching the Sales demand with the rest of the supply chain to to come up with suitable production schedules and purchasing schedules.
- Receiving inquiries/orders from TOTO Distributors and Sales Division and responding quickly with price and products related information.
- Managing the products delivery schedules closely.
- Operating via SAP system – managing and reporting about shipping status, sales revenue and forecast
- Other tasks assigned by team leader or managers.
Import Team:
- Receiving the order from Distribution Team and contact with the oversea suppliers to import products.
- Closely managing the cargos delivery schedules
- Daily operating via SAP system – managing and reporting about shipping status, sales revenue and forecast
- Other tasks assigned by team leader or managers.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Male/Female, University graduated in Economics Faculty and Logistics Faculty
- Welcome Fresher as well as Experiencer
- English is a must (Japanese is an advantage)
- Good at Communication and Microsoft Office.
- Good sence of responsibility and careful.
- Good teamwork spirit, quick minded and eager to learn.
