-Determine training needs in terms of soft skills and technical knowledge
-Make training plan
-Build up training material and deliver basic soft skilss training courses
-Research and recommend new technical training courses
-Organize and repair all necessary logistics for training programs
-Make training reports
-Build up and develop internal instructor pool

Yêu cầu ứng viên

-Male, BA with majors in HR Training, Business Administration, Economics, ...
-Fluent in English (TOEIC >700 or equivalent)
-Experienced at least 3 years in Training, HR or similiar position
