• Mainly, receive and translate all training documents from Region , then release the Vietnamese version to concerned persons
• Summary key highlight of seasonal novelty content to stores…
• Follow up and check VMM and guidelines in stores monthly
• To produce any course materials and other documents such as notes, handouts, manuals and exercises that is necessary to ensure the delivery of high quality training courses
• To be responsible for all sales training for new sales starters, ensuring that their skills and knowledge are enhanced to maximize sales and revenue.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Proven track record in delivering training results in a sale and retail environment.
• Experience selling intangible solutions
• Previous experience in a sales training environment
• Ability to prepare training material and documentation
• Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese, both written and verbal
• Be able to demonstrate knowledge of the sales process
• Ability to motivate, inspire and develop others, leading by example
***Accept part-time working
