Mô tả công việc
- Creating HB/L to customers.
- Preparing Shipping Instruction submitted to carriers.
- Preparing / sending a final pre-alert to related parties such as overseas offices, customers
- Filling AFR /ACI/AMS for those shipments to Japan/US/Canada.
- Preparing insurance certificate (if needed).
- Following a tracing data for each shipment and updating to a customer/ overseas accordingly ( if required).
- Following a booking lists and send a remind to a customer who has not submitted/sending Shipping Instruction timely.
- Issuing and completed a debit note to customers/ overseas for each shipment.
- Making SOA for customers who have had a service contract with NNR end of each month.
- Checking best freight cost from S/Lines, Co-loaders.
- Quoting freight to overseas partners and internal NNR sales team.
- Following upper manager’s instruction ( if any).

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Education : University graduate in Foreign Trade, Transportation, Forwarding, Logistics or relate industries.
Experience : 02 years experience in industries at least.
Microsoft, xcel, Word, Power points….,……
Emglish : Good in Spoken, written, listenng…
