Mô tả công việc
1. Export: Complete the export document
• Booking the space with co-loader/carrier/airlines/
• Recording details on a computer system
• Making bill and send shipping instruction to carrier/airlines/co-loader
• Send S/A, pre-alert to overseas agent
2. Import: Open a file import
• Receive S/A, pre-alert from overseas agent
• Send cargo manifest to carrier/shipping line
• Send arrival notice to consignee
• Collect all local charges & freight charge (if any) and issue D/O to consignee
3. SERVICE QUALITY/ CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
Service quality is improved continuously
Working closely with customers, carriers,airlines, and other related agents to ensure smooth opeation to deadlines
Improve customer satisfaction
• Complete Documents and send to customer/agent ontime
• Receive & send booking ontime
• Correctly contence in MB/L & HB/L
• Send cargo under correct service & shipping line/airline
• No incorrect or missing doct/information
• Booking confirmation and prealert completed before vls/ flight arrival
• No wrong shipping/air line, booking, services
4. Agency: Keep good relationships with other related agents
• Exchanging the correspondence with oversea agent to handle a new nomination shipment
• Keep agent informed if any news.
• Ontime send shipping advice / pre-alert to agent for easy ref before vessel / flight arrive
5. Internal Support: Support sales and account
• Send credit note or Debit note to customer or agent
• Verify the rate with carrier/airlines if it’s correct as sale advice

• Experience in Freight Forwarding
• Experience in Export/import industry, shippingline/airline and customer dealing
• Good communication skills in Vietnamese & English

• Word, Excel, Access

• Working in an sea-air freight forwarder or ex-im company before
• Working independently
