Mô tả công việc
- Handle customer’s service requirements from Bookings, Cargo movement to Data Transmission, Documentation and Invoicing.
- Coordinate with customers and colleagues to fulfill the job.
- Coordinate with carriers/ worldwide agents to handle shipments.
- Solving all the matters/ problems related to operation jobs.
- Communicate with Sales/ Operation team to ensure proper flow of information regarding booking prospects and rate approvals.
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations and overseas agent correspondence and offering solutions.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University or college graduate (major in Foreign Trade, Economics, Maritime or Transportation is preferable).
- At least 6 months or more of experience in same position in logistics/forwarding field.
- Good command of English/Vietnamese (both in oral & written communication).
- Being careful, customer-oriented & achievement-driven attitude.
- Ability to work well under pressure and good problem solving skill.
