Mô tả công việc
Sea export documentation ( 02 staff) / Air export documentation ( 04 staff )
• Contact with Shipping Line to get shipping schedule, booking, document, bill of lading
• Issue House B/L, House AWB
• Follow up shipments or air cargo from loading place to destination
• Check space, ocean freight/ air freight with Shipping Line/ Airline , and send booking confirm for customers.
• Work with foreign agents to ship and receive cargo at destination smoothly.
• Send pre-alert docs to foreign agents
• Answer and explain customer’ request
• Solve customs problems if any
• Make debit for customer and report monthly…
Customs clearance documentation ( 02 staffs )
• Making & submit customs declaration sheet at Ecus Vinacss
• Making C/O form A, B, E, D, AK, AJ…
• Prepare documentaion related to import/export shipments.( LCL/ FCL)
• Making phytosanitary ,fumigation, quality… for cargo if require.
• Contact with trucking supplier
• Khai hải quan hàng xuất – nhập
• Làm hun trùng, kiểm dịch thực vật..
• Làm C/O các form A, B, E, D, AK, AJ…
• Liên lạc điều xe vận chuyển
• Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm làm hàng gia công , SXXK.

- Have experience import – export
- Have knowledge about handling import / export shipment
- Be careful for checking docs, control and arrange documents well
- Endure high pressure
- Work independently or group .Have ability to solve the problem.
