JOB SCOPE
Ensuring all quality of coffee of purchase, store, process and export is always done so in the correct quality manner.
Đảm bảo việc kiểm soát chất lượng cà phê mua vào, lưu trữ, chế biến và xuất hàng luôn được thực hiện theo đúng quy trình chất lượng.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensure that all coffee received/delivered align with the Quality Analysis Procedure.
2. Be responsible that all quality analysis forms are completed correctly at the receiving and sampling stage.
3. Take responsibility that all coffee stored at the warehouse is stacked and stored correctly, therefore avoiding any deterioration in the coffee quality or weight.
4. Fully responsible for different of quality input and output (Yield).
5. Report to Quality Chief any issue about corruption or collude with supplier, steal coffee … which have bad effect to company business.
6. Ensure full implementation of ISO-22000 standard, Food safety , HACCP .
1. Thực hiện việc nhập/ xuất cà phê phù hợp với Quy trình phân tích chất lượng.
2. Thực hiện phân tích chất lượng các mẫu cà phê được hoàn thành chính xác.
3. Thực hiện việc kiểm soát tất cả cà phê được lưu trữ tại kho được sắp xếp đúng quy định và được lưu trữ chính xác, nhằm giảm thiểu tối đa việc hao hụt về chất lượng hoặc trọng lượng của cà phê.
4. Kiểm tra chất lượng đầu vào và đầu ra.
5. Báo cáo cho Trưởng bộ phận chất lượng bất kỳ vấn đề phát sinh có ảnh hưởng đến hoạt động của công ty.
6. Tuân thủ thực hiện đầy đủ tiêu chuẩn ISO-22000, An toàn thực phẩm, HACCP.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
JOB PROFILE/COMPETENCE
Education : College/ University in Food technology major is a plus
Experience : 1-3 years in coffee industry
Communication : Good oral and written communication skills in English
Other skills : Teamwork and good communication with other dept
Computers : Proficiency in MS software (Words/Excel)
