ESG refers to the examination of a company’s Environmental, Social, and Governance practices, their impacts, and the company’s progress against benchmarks.

-Promoting and developing Group strategies to cover environmental, Labor & Human Rights and sustainable supply chains
-Managing multiple projects like SBTi (Science Based Target), green purchasing, ESG system building & ESG report data collection
-Organizing employee relation and community developing events links with trade union or other NGOs in Vietnam.
-Building ESG culture in LY Group.
-Supporting HR and HSE to hit targets of ESG related KPI.(Like ADIDAS social indicator & E-KPI)
-Communicating across departments and develop relationships.

-Bachelor’s Degree( in Business, environmental engineering, law related field is beneficial).
-1-2 years work experience. Experience in manufacturing filed in a plus
-Experience or knowing ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001,14064 is an advantage
-Experience in Carbon & ESG related work experience is an advantage
-Proactive & Good communication skills.
-Ability to work individually and in teams.
-Fluent spoken and written English.
-Able to edit SOP, Instructional material is plus
