Job Summary
(Main objective(s) / purpose(s) of the role)
- Search, develop and manage the portfolio of wholesalers / distributors in accordance with the company’s strategy on General Trade channel in provinces of Vietnam.
Principal Accountabilities
(All accountabilities of the role)
- Search and develop the wholesale channel, especially in nationwide provinces.
- Supervise and control wholesale programs.
- Collect, update and report information from the market (market trends, competitors’ activities etc.), actively look for opportunities to increase sales.
- Co-operate with the Sales team to maximize long-term outcomes.
- Maintain good relationship with wholesalers / distributors, and keep good control over trade programs.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Qualification and experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
- English: business level.
- Computing: MS Office tools (especially Excel).
- Experience: 3+ years of work experience in business field, preferrably having at least 1 year experience in a similar position in cosmetics products.
- Good knowledge of the Vietnamese market, its distribution channels and trends: GT channel.
- Analytical and planning skills.
Personal skills and attributes:
- Able to work cross-functionally with good task and time management.
- Able to make decisions, set directions and quickly adjust to new environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
- English: business level.
