JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Be IE single point of contact for new product integration
2. Own capacity/efficiency for new product and productivity for new equipment type. Partner with related stakeholders to identify and drive equipment performance improvement.
3. Ensure a flawless ramp. Anticipate capacity limiters/opportunities. Identify and drive improvement for cost avoidance and manufacturability.
4. Transfer to sustaining: ensure tool performance meets or exceeds CSI for product transfer, clear hand off
5. Lead what-if analyses with quick response and actionable recommendations to support key business decisions

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant fields. Work experience in Engineering or new product development is preferred.
2. Ability to work in an ambiguous and fast-changing environment, and perform within a team
3. Strong statistical and problem-solving skills
4. Strong planning, communication and stakeholder management skills.
5. Have a Lean mindset to standardize and continuously drive for productivity and efficiency.
6. Have 5 years of relevant experience within Industrial Engineer, New Product development is preferred
