Mô tả công việc
- Check Application documents, key-in into system, preparing and sending the correspondence/contract/payment ...etc. to agents/client and track the delivery accurately and timely.
- Support the line manager to control NBU team run smoothly.
- Follow up pending report to push customer/sales/partner.
- Set up medical clinics networks to support underwriting and sales.
- Do reinsurance report monthly and reconcile report with partners.
- Cooperate with line manager to build and document of new process, procedures, guideline and conduct training to new staff.
- Perform underwriting and issue policy within authority.
- Perform quality control of partners to ensure standard quality/service.
- Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), prepare test scripts and follow up with IT for error reported; co-ordinate with IT department in system applications related NBU issues to improve NBU underwriting productivity and consistent decision.
- Do assigned tasks from NBU Supervisor/line manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University or higher degree
- Life Insurance certificates: LOMA 280, 290, 386, ALU are advantages
- At least 3 years of NBU in Life Insurance
- Good command of English
- Experience of testing for Core systems and logic new business & underwriting processes
- Discipline, honest, careful, calm
- Highly committed and self-motivated.
