_ Implementing functional network infrastructure
_ Resolving issues that tiers of support have escalated
_ Communicate with users when needed
_ Configure and install software, servers, routers and other network devices
_ Monitor network performance and integrity
_ Resolve issues tiers of support have escalated by troubleshooting local infrastructure
_ Create, oversee and test security measures (e.g. access authentication and disaster recovery)
_ Maintain complete technical documentation
_ Suggest improvements to network performance, capacity and scalability
_ Help desk support
_ Report to direct supervisor

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Education: Bachelor in Computer and Networking Field (prefer CCNA, CCNP)
Experience: At least having 3 -4 years of experience at the same role/level
English: Advanced
Knowledge: Windows/Linux Server, Windows server OS, Cisco switch/router, firewall.
Computer Skill: Advanced in MOS (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Other:
- Good communication
- Customer service oriented
- Be able to work independently
- Analytical thinking
Experience: At least having 3 -4 years of experience at the same role/level
