Network Team Leader

* Main Responsibilities
• Responsible for management and development for all network system in Data Center (DC), Branch sites and connectivity between DC and Branch sites.
• Responsible for management and development for all connection between DC and other ISPs for Internet service.
• Responsible for management and development for all connection between DC and other Carriers for IP-VPN services.
• Design and implement short-term and long-term strategic plans to make certain capacity of network and connectivity to meets requirements.
• Develop new network and connectivity services to contribute to company business.
• Manage Network team do configuration for related system to provide network and connectivity service to co-location customers.
• Manage Network team do configuration for related system to co-operate with Server team in providing service to hosting customers.
• Manage Network team do co-operation with others department for daily operation and support customers.
• Responsible for the performance and development of related staffs.
• Conducts review with related staffs to build more effective communication and keep staff motivation.
• Adheres to company policies and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
• Assists DC Management to improve DC services and DC operation.

* Right:
• Allocate duties and tasks to each staff.
• Inspect and evaluate activities and the work performance of related staffs.
• Propose personnel change, promotion, recruitment if necessary.
• The benefits are in accordance with the company policy.
• Have 12 days annual leave and 5 days summer holiday per year.
• Have Overtime allowance in case of working overtime.
• Get salary, allowance.

* Relationship:
• Under control of Executive DC Deputy Director.
• Receive and communicate to other Team Leader directly.

1. Education:
Relevant university graduated.
2. Skills:
• Language: can communication in English & can read/write technical document in English
• Has ability to study and research new technologies.
• Good command of English;
• Has good schedule management skill, communication skill and documentation skill;
• Has ability to study and research new technologies;
• Has ability to work in high pressure environment.
3. Knowledge & Experience:
Must have
• Has at least 3 year experience in operation and management for IT system.
• Has good knowledge and hand-on experience in working with network equipments such as router, switch, firewall, …
• Has good knowledge and hand-on experience in network protocol: STP, VRRP, OSPF, BGP
• Has hand-on experience on equipments such as router, switch of Cisco or Juniper.
• Has hand-on experience in troubleshooting network system, firewall system and so on.
• Has good management skill, communication skill and documentation skill.
• Has ability to study and research new technologies.
Nice to have:
• Has ability to design & optimize network system.
• Prefer for candidate has experience in Internet Service Provider.
• Prefer for candidate has special network knowledge/certificates of Juniper and Cisco such as CCNP, JNCIS, JNCIP, …
• Prefer for candidate has hands-on experience on Juniper equipments MX480, EX4200, NS5400
• Prefer for candidate has experience in IPv6.
• Prefer for candidate has knowledge in services of others service providers such as VDC, VTN, FPT, Viettel, …
