Network System Administrator

**Position Summary:
The Network SA is responsible for installing and configuring network equipment. Providing support for the internal users; resolve network issues and writing documentation. All responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices and procedures, as well as within the framework and intent of the vision of Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc property.

**Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and replace network devices.
• Provide Level 2-Level 3 network support for switching issues.
• Install and maintain data network hardware to include 802.11a, 802.11b, 802.11g, 802.11n wireless technologies
• Install outlets, pull cable, perform pre-termination including organizing, forming, dressing and labeling cables to industry standards.
• Deploy, administer, and support the enterprise network infrastructure (including wireless infrastructure using Wireless LAN Controllers and access points)
• Monitor and resolve disruptions, and outages on network services

**Qualifications:
• Working location base in Phu Quoc, Kien Giang
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related IT area preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
• 1+ year of maintaining networks
• Understanding of TCP/IP and various Internet Protocols
• Basic knowledge of routing and switching
• Basic understanding of DNS, DHCP, SNMP; such tools as traceroute and nmap
• Ideal candidate should have knowledge of Checkpoint, Juniper, HPE (Comware) hardware
