Network Provider Manager (Allied Clinic)

The role reports to the Business Development Director, the incumbent is responsible for the following;

Key responsibilities & KPIs:

01) To consolidate and expand our healthcare network - allied hospitals / clinics and pharmacies in HN & HCMC respectively - with partnership terms as below:

Standardized commissions scheme for all prescription & referral services (imaging & lab and other medical services) channeled through DA

Cashless & pay-later to support our insurance business model

Monthly KPI: 20 new allied healthcare partnership contract signing (for allied pharmacies: only a pharmacy chain will be considered as 01 new signing)

02) To consolidate and develop new healthcare products / services to support DA's following activities:

- Online & offline retail sale of healthcare products (one standardized package, one price for each of the below products - users can choose to get this done anywhere throughout our healthcare network in HN & HCMC)

10 health-screening packages (standard, premium, pediatrics, antenatal examination, etc.)

06 CDMPs

- Corp. Sale of healthcare products (mainly corporate health-screening packages), for every deal that DA Sales team brings in (OR referred by our partners)

Monthly KPI: new healthcare product signing with 20 allied healthcare partners (+ all the deals that DA Sales team brings in)

***Proposed package for this position:
- Salary: 20 - 30 million VND / month (1,200 - 1,500 USD)
- Employees' Benefits: as per Company's policies
- Incentives: Subject to the same incentives scheme as per DA's Sales team.

- Having +3 years of experience working in Sales Dept. of private hospitals / clinics in the respective areas.
- Having an expansive network of hospitals / clinics in the respective areas.
- Having strong understanding in regards of healthcare products / services.
