Position Summary
To design and maintain the network architecture with redundancy and resilience, to ensure optimal performance for the offices and various environments (Production, Staging, etc.). Also act as a duty shift position to provide uninterrupted and responsive support to operations 24x7.

Responsibilities
1. Manage and support the network architecture with redundancy and resilience, for offices and offshore data centre.
2. Manage and support Juniper firewall, Cisco switches, as well as layer-7 hardware load balancer.
3. Ensure the Production network environment setup is resilient and maintain 24x7 uptime in the challenge of nature/man-made fault.
4. Provide systems and desktop support to internal employees, together with the existing Systems Engineer.
5. Liaise with network vendors, IDC operators, and ISPs for any network related issues.
6. Document all network changes and maintain backup, to ensure up-to-date documentation or configuration.
7. Design and implementation of Anti-DDoS network solution.
8. Configure CDN & Cloud to deliver optimal web performance.
Skill Requirements
• Degree in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience working in IT systems environment.
• Core knowledge in Juniper SRX series firewall, Cisco switches, hardware load balancer, Network Resilience Design, DNS, VPN, Routing is required.
• Essential knowledge in Linux, CDN & Cloud, Anti-DDoS, Anycast, Network Security, BGP is preferred.
• Knowledge in DevOps principle and Agile development is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both oral and written.
• Able to work in a dynamic and ever-changing industry.
• A self-initiated and pro-active team player who can work with minimal supervision.
