Mô tả công việc
• Network system:
Mainly responsible for monitoring and providing solutions to fix network issue.
Responsibilities for implementing new network system, upgrading old network system (design, proposal, solutions and presentation) (LAN, WAN)
• Other system (Domain/File server/SCCM/Virus system … etc):
Responsible for support main PIC in monitoring providing solutions to system issue.
Responsible for implementing new system, upgrading old system (design, proposal, solutions and presentation)
• End users support:
Answer incoming calls/emails and provide 1st support to customers.
Daily investigate and troubleshoot issues (remote/onsite) of OS/Application, HW, Infrastructure and Network for end users.
• Other:
Make/maintenance operation/trouble/proposal document which meet customer requirement.
Can work on shift, 2 days/ week (6:00 ~ 14:00, 14:00 ~ 22:00)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Education level:
Bachelor’s or University’s Degree in IT and/or Telecommunications.
Have CCNA/MCSA (CCNP/ MCSE/ ITIL is an advantage)
Basic English or Japanese communication skills in both speaking and writing (Japanese is an advantage)
• Working experience:
Have experience (at least 1 year) in Network Engineer/ Network Administrator.
Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tool.
Have experience in Domain/ Virus/ SCCM system is an advantage.
Have experience in working with Japanese customers is an advantage.
• Job skills:
Install and configure network/ Windows equipment (Linux is an advantage)
Co-operate with vendors to fix network troubles, implement new network system…
• Soft skills:
Hardworking and willing to learn new things.
Have problem-solving skill.
Have the ability to work independently as well as part of the team.
Flexible working time: can work in shift/over time/at weekend/on holidays.
