Mô tả công việc
• Understanding customers network environment and analyze the customers requirement.
• Provide on-going infrastructure support for technical configuration of hardware, software and/or services implemented.
• Assist with the implementation of security technologies (deskside, network, servers)
• Draft, publish, and/or review various network and system documentation, including architecture, installation, operations and user guides.
• Design and implement new network solutions to integrate with new and existing internal and external network environments
• Provide call support after hours and on weekends. During that time the individual would be expected to respond and react on high priority services issues.
• The individual would also be expected to work outside office in support of customers.
• Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• 5 years of experience
• Extensive knowledge of networking topologies, routing, switching, firewalls, protocols, LANWAN, Express Route, Direct connect, MPLS, SD WAN
• L2-L4 deployment at least 50 nodes.
• Experience of implementing various networking routing protocol.
• Experience of implementing network monitoring tools and troubleshooting.
• Relevant Industry Qualification are desirable – CCNACCIE, Linux based certifications.
• Previous experience working with a 3rd party hosting company and 3rd party management.
• Experience of scripting languages (powershell, python, bash, etc) is plus.
• Experience of handling Fortigate, Checkpoint or similar Firewall devices is plus.
