Function: Network Supervisor
- Network Infrastructure Security
- Take care and monitor endpoint security for all staff of CRV
- Voice, telephony, video conferencing
- VPN / remote connectivity
- Network Monitoring Management and Documentation
- Network Infrastructure Project Coordinator
- Datacenter Network Management
- Hardware standards
- IT asset tracking and management
Function: People & Partner & Performance and Quality
- Ensure required high availability of IT network infrastructure
- Ensure existing network infrastructure supports organizational business requirements
- Ensure effective support is in place for all aspects of the network infrastructure
- Ensure network incident management protocols and process are effectively and consistently followed
- Ensure Service Levels Agreement (SLA) are aligned to Business objectives
- Ensure high quality on time completion of all network infrastructure projects
- Help maintain the network infrastructure project roadmap in coordination with IT leadership
- Ensure proactive planning to ensure network infrastructure effectively supports Central Retail growth and business goals and objectives
- Drive effective coordination, service delivery and SLA’s with third party vendors
- Ensure IT assets are recorded, protected and refreshed to deliver the agreed SLA
- IT networking reports within SLA

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in I.T, Computers or related field
- Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience successfully managing IT network infrastructure in a multinational organization. Good experience about routing, analyze traffic network for multi-site.
- Advance English
- Office skills MS Office, Windows & Linux Server, Cisco Network, Microsoft network and Network Monitoring
- Functional knowledge & experience: Cisco CCNP R&S, Cisco CCNP Security and Security Certificate is advance.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience successfully managing IT network infrastructure in a multinational organization. Good experience about routing, analyze traffic network for multi-site.
- Advance English
