Mô tả công việc
- Install, configure, and support an organization's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), Internet system and other data network systems across the organization.
- Maintain network hardware and software. Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary
- Monitor and maintain backup system including disaster recovery procedure.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
- Analysis, troubleshoot and respond if any information security matter happens to ensure the company security information.
- Make IT improvement proposal or perform approved IT improvement plan to follow security regulations of the organization as well as corporation.
- Contribute to company activities to maintain ISO 27001:2013 Certificate.
- Report to IT Manager

- University graduated with IT major
- At least 03 years of experience in IT Administration
- Must have CCNA certificate. CCNP or equivalent knowledge is a plus
- Good communication skill in English for both speaking and listening (Certificate required)
- Experience as an IT administrator in a company with branch/branches; with WAN, VPN, VOIP, TV conference management experience.
- Experience in configuration Cisco L3 switches, Cisco WLC, Fortinet firewall and other network devices
- Experience in system backup and recovery; business continuity planning…
- IT system integration experience is a plus
- At least 03 years of experience in IT Administration
