Mô tả công việc
Principal duties: Operate the company network including LAN, WAN, VPN, Internet connection to provide stable network infrastructure for data center and workstation from end-users
1. Responsibility:
- Operate the Ethernet networks, network cabling, firewalls, UPS, generator, electricity, air-condition, temperature, fire suppression, network load balancers, and other related equipment, device in data center
- Operate the network infrastructure includes routing, switching, firewall rules
- Maintain network diagram and document network problems, resolutions, maintenance, and upgrades
- Implement the roll-out based on the documentation from Network Infrastructure Engineer team and Security Engineer team
- Provide troubleshooting, solving and investigating for IT incidents
- Co-ordinate with NOC team and Infrastructure team in incident/problem solving
- Follow ISMS/ISO 27001, ISO20000, ISO14000 procedure, policies, and company regulations
- Other duties as assigned by IT Manager & Direct Manager
2. Requirements:

University Degree in Computer Science or IT
*** Technology skills and experience:

*** Soft-skills:
- English communication
- Strong troubleshooting & analyzing
- Customer oriented
- Problem solving
