.NET Software Developer

Work Location: Long Thanh Industrial Zone, Dong Nai

1. Ensure 24/7 Keep the Business Running for Bosch's Oracle database and critical systems, including MES/ i4.0.
- Perform quality service request fulfillment and technical consultancy in timely manner
- Perform 24/7 Level 2 Incident Management to resume normal operation
- Problem Management: incidents review, monitor systems, trend analysis to identify problems, nail down root cause and drive for permanent solutions
- Change management: be gate keeper to ensure smooth IT changes, prevent bad IT products/ components to corrupt production environment, by applying necessary control process, testing, communication, back-out plans, etc.
- Ensure effective emergency concept/ disaster recovery plans for all systems in charge are available, well communicated, and well drilled.

2. Ensure Operation excellence for systems in charge, including solution provision, system monitoring, capacity planning, budgeting & cost control, project management, compliance assurance, customer satisfaction

- Lead project management for modules/ systems in charge. Participate relevant projects. Coordination of projects/processes in other plants when needed
- Provide and drive to implement right technical solutions for customers.
- Ensure Customer satisfaction by regular collecting feedback for improvement, perform action plans based on relevant feedback.
- Ensure operation compliance following central directives, local policies, covering Safety, Security, Info Security, operational processes, etc.

3. Perform Continuous Improvement for responsible areas
- Continuously review operation for improvement opportunities (cost/ productivity/ efficiency/ etc.).
- Steer for standardization, optimization, technical development and business grow.

4. Knowledge management for responsible areas
- Knowledge grow: Leverage available resources in Bosch to continuously develop knowledge on responsible areas or where organization has demand.
- Knowledge transfer: Perform quality knowledge transfer towards end users/ key users/ backup resource/ or at assignments to enable services, secure operation, sustain/ improve service quality.

- Bachelor's degree in IT
- Relevant professional certificates from Oracle are good plus, e.g Oracle OCA/ OCP
- 5-year-experience Oracle DB Administration, Design and .NET Software Development.
- Oracle database design & administration. SQL query tuning. DB Analysis & Design.
- Software Development with .NET: C#, VB .NET, ASP.NET
- Experience Windows Server & Client OS, Vmware Server Admin is an advantage
- Good command of English (both verbal and written)
- Effective and smooth collaboration with customers, partners and suppliers
