[Nestle] Manufacturing Excellence Assistant - Work in Hung Yen - Shuttle Bus from Hanoi

POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY :
- Responsible for Nestle Continuous Excellence (NCE) knowledge transfer and communication within factory.
- Accountable for NCE implementation follow guidelines within factory.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES :
1. Ensure NCE initiatives are sustainably implemented and communicated widely within factory by:
- Coordinate and drive the implementation of Goal Alignment foundation modules across departments.
- Track and manage NCE implementation plan within time frame and report frequently to direct line manager for the progress.
- Follow up actions as required to get factory ready for gate assessment as well as maintain practices follow gate assessment criteria.
- Conduct Goal Alignment assessments regularly within factory to ensure correct and sustainable implementation.
- Coordinate and implement NCE communication plan and make sure it is aligned as guidelines etc
- Design, coordinate and involve in design NCE communication room, boards, banners…

2. Ensure Digital knowledge are effectively and continuously transferred widely within factory by:
- Develop & customize training appropriately follow factory operation.
- Conduct training & coaching team about Digitalization
- Study and apply the new method to improve the way of working

3. Co-ordinate team to sustain the suggestion program in factory
-Maintain and improve the Suggestion committee
-Enhance the suggestion program in factory to have more idea and contribute more saving for factory

4. Co-ordinate with the Engineering and Production to implement database of the Stoppage Analysis Program (SAM).
- Annually set up and quarterly review and revise the Line Labor Standards for all production lines for costing and planning purposes.
- Review and set up Line Labor Standards ( Standard sheet) during OPL
- Create Master Recipe and maintain Production Version (for SCB and Production) for all products of OPL next year and for all new Products in SAP. Update the change in LLS and BOM for master recipe and production.
- Calculate the factory capacity to ensure available capacity or for investment purpose (annually, CAPEX, investment study, etc …)
- Evaluate and summaries production capacity against additional demands for the management decisions about investment.

Education requirement: Bachelor degree in Electric/Electronics/Mechatronics/Automation
English ability: Good (speaking, reading and writing).
Good presentation skill.
Computer skills: good MS. Word, MS. Excel, MS PowerPoint, Program, Macro, visual basic …
Good organization, analytical skill.
Good interpersonal skills.
