POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY :
To support and assist the Factory Controller as Co-Pilot to support factory management in decision making process. To be finance support for the assets management and project expenditure management with the sound knowledge and understanding of inventory, fixed assets and expenditure.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITY :
* FIXED ASSET
1. Stocktaking Fixed Asset frequently
2. Support FA custodian about FA movement
3. Follow up Small purchase expenditure
4. Support Engineering team settle Fixed Assets on the system
* STOCK CHECKING
5. Validate monthly cycle/surprisingly count to variances, stock adjustments and sundry issues
6. Tools management
* PEC
7. Support Period End Close for the factory
* BUDGETING
8. Support Factory team to prepare of capital investment plan
* SCRAP SALES
9. Check relevant document
10. Issue invoices and maintain data
* PROJECT
11. Update project expenditure
12. Check, validate data, and settle project assets
13. Manage project expenditure
14. Coordinate with project team on goods receipt
15. Forecast project expenditure and activities
*OTHERS
16. Involvement in factory activities (e.g Suggestion, 5S, ect…)

Education requirement: Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
English ability: good (speaking, reading and writing)
Computer skill: required. Computer knowledge: MS. Word, MS. Excel, MS. Power Point, etc…
Experience related to position: 01-03 year
Fixed asset and inventory standards, Knowledge of SAP financial modules
Good understanding of project processes
Interpersonal and communication skills
Leadership-showed, Confidentiality, Dedication, prudent and pay attention to detail
Organize the daily work effectively and meets deadlines
English ability: good (speaking, reading and writing)
