Mô tả công việc
Main Purpose of Job
• "Implementation, development & enhancement of time management system_Kronos aligned with Corporate HR Guidance in order to ensure compliance with labor law & business policies/strategies.
• Working directly with HR team to control cross-functional in HR related processes, document records, budget...compliance with Nesle regulations, policies, labour law (DNA, NSAT)
• Working directly with Local GLOBE organization relating to training of end users, first level issue resolution, testing of upgrades and increments communication of change impact to business units
• To be responsible for factory's administrative
Key Outputs:
• Setting the timeline, process to upgrade new version of Kronos_Time management system from stages: trial using, brought into implementation, following up the stable and improvement proposal.
• Providing training, coaching, supporting to HODs and employees with high quality of information, advice about Kronos to perform specific professional activities within the C&B Team, in an accurate manner and according to strict deadlines
• Follow up the stable of new time management system & propose for improvement by working with NBS, supplier or related third party to raise ticket, request, follow up and solve issue following the deadlines
• Working directly with HR cross-functional team to identify compliance level of related processes, document records, budget…actual compared with policies, standard (DNA, NSAT)
• Proposal for action/activities improvement & following up in each HR function to close gap, compliance with Nesle regulations, policies, labour law. (DNA, NSAT)
• * End User Training delivery (scheduling, preparing, and administer training sessions)
• Ensure end user training record and participate in training evaluation
• * Support the execution of testing and evaluate the result for solution upgrades and other changes
• * Prepare, develop and localize End User Training Material and keep an updates ones for training delivery
• * Supporting LGO to resolve business issues for identifying gaps and corrective action through problem solving including issues related to master data, reporting…etc.
• * Provide business process expertise in a specific business areas including Best-Practices implementation
• * Assist in developing new Super Users to ensure continued business support
• "Responsible for providing administrative support to FM, arranging business correspondence, organizing management meetings in consultation with HR dept. consolidating & formatting monthly reports
• Responsible for coordinating with HO for business travel arrangements to factory staff & visitors such as accommodations, plane tick, visas...; arranging factory visit schedule and do proper preparation for visitors in factory
• Responsible for HR project (Kronos...): leading meeting, deploying, coaching
• Support C&B (attendance, leave control, probation/contract, promotion transfer, employees profile...)
• Accountable to manage the telephone operation & stationary for factory
• Follow up & update management level schedule
• Responsible for factory vehicles' operation & transport arrangement for factory staff, control payment for concerned expenses, budget
• Take part in other activities in factory: NSAT support, Nestle & I, suggestion coordinator"
• Ensure form, document in use is in well managed follow Document Management System (DMS)
• Assistant HRM as assignment
• Be part of NCE: continuous improvement activities, work together with the team to review and optimize HR processes, improve the quality, consistency and efficiency of the HR activities

"1. University Degree level education or equivalent.
2. 2 to 3 + years experience in Human Resources in Nestlé or within another FMCG
3. Good knowledge, Hands-on experience in GLOBE SAP HR & Payroll system.
4. Experience with KPIs (Creation and use of metrics)
5. Local employment law & labor regulations
6. Experience in Employee Cost Management / Budgeting
7. Advanced Use of Microsoft Excel
* Have a comprehensive understanding to GLOBE template solution in area of responsibility
* Strong achievement focus i.e high energy levels and commitment with end results
