Job Summary:
• Analyze data to identify specific marketing strategies for each region, industry and segment
• Develop a strategy to reach target customers at semi-village points to conduct market research activities with consumers
• Organize nationwide sales campaign activities to gain market share and achieve company sales goals
• Responsible for attaining volume targets in identified and assigned key channels through excellent execution of channel development programs (promotions, exclusivity, etc)
• Lead the trade marketing program by cate & channel planning to right the consumer off take at POP
• Deploy the operational activities at retailer to drive VPO
• Build the channel picture success to win the shopper choice
• Do the evaluation for the cate & channel performance
• Manage the budget DFR & DME to right productivity of marketing program
• Increase market share & distribution of Coke product’s
• Build/ track dashboard too quickly measure the NSR/ Volume performance
Key responsibilities:
• Define the business growth drivers to find the business opportunities and J2BD for the growth drivers
• Lead the Trade Marketing Plan to capture the growth drivers – drive volume shipment and volume offtake at outlets.
• Work closely with National Key/Local Account & Sales Team and provide the best proposal, ideas and good plan for customer to drive both the offtake and shipment
• Drive the business objective by leveraging strong Trade concept ideas and effective cost
• Deploy smartly the execution instore and right time, right place.
• Strong control for daily operation, manage sales ad-hoc, customer requests to provide the best customer service
• Coordinate with regional team in North/ South/ Central on executing channel picture of success

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
• At least 05 years of working experience in FMCG, beverage industry is preferable
• At least 03 years in managerial position in FMCG company, MKT related is preferable
• Good English ability in both writing and speaking
• Strong analytical, communication, innovation, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment;
• Ability to influence/ motivate and work with teams
• Creative & innovation
• At least 05 years of working experience in FMCG, beverage industry is preferable
• At least 03 years in managerial position in FMCG company, MKT related is preferable
• Good English ability in both writing and speaking
