- Lead and develop Vaccines teams focused on exceeding business expectations through proper strategy.
- Develop overall public and private pricing and contracting strategy across channels and customers to drive the growth of the vaccines business
- Recruit and hire high performing teams that can deliver on our Vaccines mission.
- Partnership across the internal and external stakeholders to maximize resources including MSLs, Market Access, Marketing and Operations and partners
- Engage the broader cross-functional teams to identify issues and develop solutions to set strategic direction.
Work with business leadership to create and translate brand strategy into a national plan of action used to drive strategy.
- Operate as brand champion in execution of relaying vision and tactical plan alignment to customers.
- Drive organizational learning within the business
Expected Performance Outcomes
- Identify new, unique and profitable business opportunities; devise strategies and measurable action plans to create meaningful business solutions
- Develop and manage business relationships with top customers and potential key accounts
- Understand current and future market and challenges in the healthcare industry; discern trends and leverage data to optimize business decisions
- Plan, design and execute high quality meetings that drive business goals, creates a sense of ownership and excitement for the team, ultimately driving engagement and performance.
- Analyze and understand markets and customers, use knowledge to drive recommendations for med rep excellence, business optimization and expansions
- Hold teams accountable for their performance and drive a solution focused approach to people management
- Create and grow relationships with KOLs and other key stakeholders within and outside Pfizer to ensure maximum support and collaboration

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• 5 - 10 years in key Commercial/Sales Leadership roles (ex. Sales, Marketing, Strategic Marketing) in health care or related experience required
• Very strong direct people management/leadership experience, including prior experience leading management level teams; Proven ability to lead, develop, coach and engage and inspire high performing, diverse teams.
• Very strong communications skills
• Very strong demonstrated leadership skills consistent with Pfizer values such as patient first and bold moves.
• Demonstrated high level of commercial capabilities and clear cycles of success in prior commercial roles. Ability to maximize business opportunities and insights. Strong ability to innovate, collaborate and deliver results
• Demonstrated capabilities and traits for career path agility to progress to other key roles
• Very strong direct people management/leadership experience, including prior experience leading management level teams; Proven ability to lead, develop, coach and engage and inspire high performing, diverse teams.
