Mô tả công việc

1. To lead the delivery of top line through distribution channel for all baskets
2. Develop and implement overall strategy, policy, channel development for direct and indirect partners
3. Manage and expand SE footprint, ensure maximum market coverage for Schneider Electric products. Perform customer mapping. Identify and access key customers, potential market territory.
4. Plan and implement Sales, MKT activities and other necessary action plans to fuel through the pipelines
5. Manage SFC: both direct and indirect (allocated costs)
6. Manage Top line and Bottom-line
• Drive sales growth and profitability of the Partner Retail Business in the allocated segments.
• Ensure the integrity and efficiency of the Retails Business Models
• Manage Support Function Cost- both direct and indirect (allocated costs) – towards high efficiency
7. Strategy development and deployment:
Assume direct responsibility for the formulation of Partner Retail business strategy and its execution within Vietnam country:
• Development of effective sales methodologies and processes and deploy
• Market selection, programs, tactics, pricing
• Development and execution of the strategic process to secure pipeline opportunities
8. People management and development Lead and manage the people, growing talent to ensure we have the appropriate competencies and expertise to meet current and future business goals and priorities
• Develop and implement a high performance sales culture practices in the team
• Identify and develop talents in the sales and operations team
• Upgrade the Team’ competencies, sales expertise and sales behavioral level.
• Recruit the right sales and sales support talents to continue driving growth in sales and profitability
Provide frequent coaching, feedbacks and management support to internal Retail talents
9. Customer Relationship Management:
• Ensure customer intimacy and build added-value relationship with relevant customers (e.g. end-users, distributors, electricians ..)
10. Promote cross-selling and global solutions including all Schneider Electric expertise domains to our customers in the market
• Work closely with other BUs to secure the project with full solution available within Schneider Electric
11. Team player & team spirit
• Maintain positive working climate. Develop good relations with Retail team and Cross-function teams to resolve issues, follow up action plans and keep abreast of information and latest update

Yêu cầu ứng viên

1. University degrees in Business and/or engineering degree
2. 7 years working experience in electrical sales or channel sales of relevant industry
3. At least 5 years with Management experience
4. Commercial profile with excellent understanding of markets, customers and channels
5. Understand company’s products and competitors is an advantage
6. Good command of spoken and written English. Computer literate and presentation skills
7. Good level of communication, ability to influence and convince
8. Accept to work under pressure, high commitment
9. Willing to travel – monthly to province
