Job summary
Formulate and oversee implementation of sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories and overall business objectives
Business metrics
Engage and develop business at OOH channel with the agreed Products & Portfolio
Lead and develop sales team to assure the excellence in sales execution
Manage distributors to assure they are capable to provide customers with satisfied services
Responsible for sales forecast bottom up from customers / distributors in line with company budget
Account Management:
Establish Sales Team, Account targets and Trade programs to develop the KAs & General Trade customers in OOH channel
Manage the KAs-A/B account, Wholesale universe
Develop an effective WS engagement program to support for sales
Ensure Distributor/WS to follow processes and procedures to manage Programs at the Trade
Solicits and maintains favorable relations with current and potential customers in the region / geographic area
Execute Solution selling for account management
Support Key account team in solving all the things happen in the market and with the distributors
Set up Distributor/ WS/ Direct sales operations in some potential provinces in future
Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales - especially managing personal time and productivity
Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction
Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
Sales team management:
Recruit, train and coach sales team to assure they are capable to do their sales job - Manage sales team daily routines- follow standard sales operation, to assure the disciplines are in place
Manage, motivate & develop sales staff to assure they deliver their best to the job
Conduct regional sales meetings and communicate strategies, activities, targets and expectations to the regional field force
Ensure thorough understanding of regional commercial plan and marketing plan within each employee of the team
Distributors management
Manage distributor’s daily operation to assure they are capable & efficient in term of : inventory, collection, customer’s services, warehousing, administration, information system, customers data accuracy
Investigate and propose solutions for any problems related to distributor’s operation
Implement Business Review with Distributor by Monthly.
Ensure the Health & Safety standards at Distributor Warehouses
Sales forecast
Responsible for secondary sales forecast bottom up by customers
Forecast must be done in proper designed templates, submitted on the due date and ACCURACY must be achieved in line with OOH division’s KPI target

Demonstrate advanced knowledge and a proven sales track record in assigned territories/products/services and an existing network of contacts, great people manager
Demonstrate advanced negotiation skills
Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills
Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is priority
Education
Degree or professional qualification in Business Studies/Marketing/Economics or a related discipline
Work experience
Minimum five years’ experience in a similar role
Minimum five years’ experience in a managerial capacity
