Mô tả công việc
Key Results:
• Plans, directs, and monitors the activities of a sales team within a specified region/district/geography to achieve established sales targets.
• Creates and executes sales and operational strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Monitors the department’s key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue vs. plan, contact rate, quote closure rate and gross profit percentage.
• Managing the financial expectation of organization by achieve Revenue and controlling expenses thus achieving profitability expectation.
• Having complete P&L control of respective business.
• Manages the day-to-day activities of a sales team in order to implement the organization's overall sales strategy for an assigned region/district/geography.
• Coaches sales representatives on the technical aspects of the organization's products and services; on marketing campaigns and sales promotions; and on sales techniques, procedures, and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets.
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly report while providing analysis and recommendations that will help achieve targets in assigned area
• To put sales / resourcing mentality for sales staff in retail store.
• To deal with retail store for our Buyback Trade-in program.
• Directs and manages the sales team – supervises, develops, mentors and conducts evaluation of their performance.
• Ensures that team members are fully equipped with the product, system and selling-skills training that they require to be successful.
• Partners/collaborates with colleagues to develop strategies to meet company targets.
• Anticipates and reacts quickly to trends and changes in performance.
• Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region.
• Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate set goals.
• Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals.
• Assisting sales personnel in their techniques.
• Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term.
• Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements.
• Covering Key Accounts throughout the whole.
• Stimulate and develop positive morale and team spirit that leads to high productivity.
• Visit stores in assigned area regul

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• At least 3-5 years of experience as National Sales Manager in a telecommunications/ Smartphone/ IT/ Gadget company.
• With demonstrated outstanding leadership, communications and interpersonal skills.
• Possesses expertise in selling strategies and methodologies, strategic planning and execution, and employee motivation techniques.
*Qualification
• Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator is an advantage.
• With demonstrated outstanding leadership, communications and interpersonal skills.
• Possesses expertise in selling strategies and methodologies, strategic planning and execution, and employee motivation techniques.
*Qualification
