REPORTS TO (JOB TITLE): General Director
DIRECT REPORT: Regional Sales Manager(s); Sales Coordinator(s)
PURPOSE OF JOB:
• Grow the company to become the number 1 of market share in Viet Nam.
• Build sustainable business by growing loyalty customers through continuously improving customer experiences (end-user, dealers, KA...) and growing sale contribution of strategic channel and strategic categories.
• Enhance LIEN A brand through continuously growing products, brand visibility at all distribution channels.
• Build high quality sales force and ensure that they follow company ethic, processes and implement company strategy to achieve goals.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Implement sales strategies across the company and monitoring effectiveness.
• Work closely with Marketing & other departments to implement a variety of new business initiatives to drive sales.
• Set activities and revenue targets for members of the sales team.
• Follow brand guidelines to implement visual merchandising at all point of sales.
• Understand and develop budgets and finance, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
• Identifying opportunities and work with other departments to develop.
• Keep a close eye on the sales activities of competitors and utilizing ideas where appropriate.
• Implement best practice in sales techniques throughout the department and lead tracking process.
• Continual training and development of all members of the sales department.
• Ensure DMS, CRM are used effectively and provide competitive advantages.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Male, University graduation major in Business Management/Marketing/Economic or relevant field;
• At least 10 years working experience in Sales & Marketing field & at least 05 years in Managerial level;
• Strong experiences in variety of Sales channels including: Wholesales (Agent, distributor…), Project Sales (Hotel, Resort, Construction Project…).
• Strong knowledge & experiences of marketing tools (Digital, Brand Marketing, Event…);
• Experiences in market & sales channel expansion;
• Experiences in strategic planning;
• Experiences in using necessary tools to analyze the status of market, industry, consumer insight and market intelligence;
• Experience in personnel management;
• Strong sense of business;
• Strong analysis skill;
• Be willing to independently travel nationwide;
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop positive and trustworthy relationships with both internal & external partners;
• Excellent presentation skills and be competent in using Microsoft Office tools to create professional reports and presentation;
• Desire to have complete control over your earning potential;
• Personal drive, tenacity and energy;
• Results- oriented.
