National Sales Manager

*Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will need to:
- motivate the Sales and Customer Management (SCM) team and to foster good team spirit, delivering a high quality, efficient and integrated customer service experience.
- work closely with the Head of Sales and Customer Management and Director English Language Services to ensure the branch maintains best practice and standards.

The ideal candidate should:
- Have a university degree and 3 years’ experience in sales management (examples of such include but are not limited to B2C sales, complaint handling, service recovery skills). Experience in the education industry is desirable.
- Have excellent English and Vietnamese
