Mô tả công việc

• Sets up and allocates rational sales target yearly and monthly for Ophthalmic team and takes responsibility for nation-wide sales performance and sales by area.
• Allocates sales budget & company resources. Manage & ensure that resources are utilize and invested as planned ethically, follows company’s policies & local laws; maximize the effectiveness of company’s investment.
• Manages and monitors business routinely. Tracking and following up sales activities & analyzing for performance development.
• Analyses and evaluates business situation (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats).
To have effective solutions and implement on time to solve the issues. Informs and discusses with higher level manager when in need.
• Updates competitor’s activities, analyzes, evaluates and suggests effectively solving plan (complying with Vietnamese law and follow TRB policies)
• Looking for opportunities and effective methods to expand market shares and territories.
• Main accountability in tender:
-Cooperates & delegates SV/ASM, MRs. Guiding, coaching sales team in tender process from listing plan till getting result - including building up tender plan, allocating budget, listing, checking, updating price of competitors.
-Coordinate with tender team to win tender in hospitals and service of health.
-Update new tender policy, regulation, decree that impact to tender process and result.
• Work closely with subordinates (Supervisors, Area manager and MRs to ensure efficient TRB’s strategy implementing in the whole country.
• Managing, coaching, training to develop sales team, priority direct reporter about leadership, managing skill, analyzing skill….
• Works closely with SM/SV to do performance review for MRs, to prepare the succession plan for potential MR and build up plan to develop each MR.
• Controls the sales force activities and reviews reports of all SM/SV/MRs and make appropriate recommendation in order to maximize sales force efficiency.
• Co-operates & supports with Customer Service about the delivery activities at local warehouse, to ensure a smooth and on time process of delivery.
• Co-ordinates with product Manager and MKT team, in organizing the symposium, workshop, customer meeting..
• Sends weekly plan, monthly plan and monthly report to NSM.
• Builds up and maintains relationship with Key customers & Key decision maker. Expands the relationship to potential & new customers.

• Pharmacist or doctor
• Experience in Pharmaceutical field –national wide in international company, especially in ophthalmic field.
