Mô tả công việc

Design and implement the commercial strategies that are oriented towards managing the targets in sales variables in order to assure the development of the company and the development of the Brand. Develop relationships with consultants and increasing the network of consultants.
• Achievement of Revenue Targets for Oriflame Vietnam
• Conceptualize & implement the business strategy for the organization to achieve the Sales targets
• Business planning and budgeting to attain growth of the Indian subcontinent
• Conceptualizing / implementing innovative Consultant motivation schemes
• Leading and Motivating internal Sales team
• Formulating strategies to grow & consolidate within the current geography & reach out to the unexplored market segments for business expansion

• Responsible for professional Training Academy for Product, Business and Leadership Training to enable Sales Consultants enhance their productivity
• Responsible for launching and successfully implementing aggressive Plans, Events and Campaigns to create constant excitement, energy and bigger aspirations among the Independent Sales Force
• Responsible for strategy development and action plan for Oriflame’s entry into new markets within India leading to exponential increase in Sales Force and Sales
• Responsible for creating a passionate, committed and result-oriented Team of individuals within the Employed Sales Management and Customer Service spread across all Branch Offices in India
• Official Representative for Oriflame at the Vietnam Direct Selling Association (MLMA)
• Have to play an important role as part of the Senior Management Team in devising Sales, Marketing, HR and Distribution Strategy aimed at creating a World Class Network Marketing Company that is profitable for all Stakeholders
• Develop the Sales Support function
• Develop outstanding relationships with Key Leaders
• Develop key leaders and ensure they achieve higher titles in Oriflame Compensation plan for Consultants (Oriflame’s Success Plan)
• Recommend new training methods in Sales and Product training
• Establish area wise / regional strategies for achieving Sales targets
• Owner of the budget for Trainings & Sales events
• Participate and facilitate the Special Events & Conferences such as Managers’ Seminar, Directors’ Seminar & Top 15 meetings

• The ideal candidate is around 30-45 years old with minimum 8-10 years experience in the Sales field and preferably in a leading position. The candidate should be “hands-on” with exceptional talent for motivating other people.

Benefits:

• Monthly products allowance: equivalent to 1,100k applied after probation 2 months.
• Taxi fare is covered for working transportation 10mil VND/month.
• Tel allowance: 500k/month.
• Yearly bonus: belong to sales and operating parameter. The bonus is applied for at least 6 months working for Oriflame.
• 1-month annual 13rd salary is applied for staff with 6 months working for Oriflame at least 6 months with average salary.
• Social insurance is applied and monthly covered 31% by Company (without deduct from staff salary), staff only contributes 1% unemployment insurance as law.
• Health & accident insurance via PVI is applied 24/24 for staff and direct family members.
• Salary is increased annual in Jan for 6 months working and up.
• Labor Union organization is set up.
• Working time 9AM-6PM from Monday to Fri. Sat is working day but not in the office.
• Working place: 100-102 Nguyen Van Troi, Ward 8, Phu Nhuan Dist, HCMC.
• Direct report: Managing Director
• Salary: negotiation

- Monthly products allowance: equivalent to 500k-800k applied after probation 2 months.
- Health insurance via PVI is applied 24/24 for all staff.
- Quarterly bonus: 25% average monthly salary if sales target is reached
