Under the direction of the Board of Director (BOD):
- Being responsible for making and undertaking online and offline comprehensive business plan for BOD.
- Creating, managing and observing the budget implementation of the Business Department.
- Deploying customer support activities, developing customer services nationwide.
- Creating, developing and managing the Company’s chain of stories and distribution system.
- Planning and developing business strategies aiming to promoting the Company revenue growth.
- Researching new markets to identify customers’ needs.
- Building and maintaining sustainable, long-term relationships with customers, through accompanying and understanding their demands and objectives.
- Convincingly delivering presentations regarding our business vision, mission and products value to our key partners.
- Developing and delivering needed training for Sales Managers and Sales team.
- Reporting to Executive Board about the state of business nationwide as well as the factors probably affecting on expenses and overall business strategies.
- Planning and taking over allocating and implementing sales promotions, boost sales for brands.
- Identifying potential markets along with market fluctuations; simultaneously updating rivals’ status and new products.

- Graduated from University, major in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant majors.
- Proven work Experience as a Sale Director or similar role, have achievements, regularly achieve/exceed sales.
- Continuously upgrade qualification by conducting workshops, seminars,…
- Proficient in communication, presentation and influence skills at all levels of organization.
- Having ability to build business processes from planning to implementing.
- Being sensitive to business opportunities, having a thorough knowledge of market.
- Good English communication skill.
