1. Manage and drive the QA system in the corporate & all plants to meet local requirements and regional office's requirements.
2. Drive consistent Achievements of QA objectives
3.Ensure the compliance to Work Right audit (QA related)
4. Ensure the implementation of POV effectively
5. Participate into commercialization process in term of SRA and product/packaging innovation
6. Finacial control: ensure the actual COE does not go beyond the BP
7. People development: ensure trainig plan being conducted as planned, monitor performance and develop succession plan for plant QA manager and QA compliance officer

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's degree in Food Processing/Food Technology or related majors. Master's degree is preferable.
- At least 7 years of exp in related positions and 4 years in management levels.
- nFluency in using English (both oral & verbal)
- Management & coaching skills.
- Teamwork & independently working.
